General information

The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. For that reason, any kind of personal data is processed in compliance with legal provisions (Data Protection Act, Telecommunications Act 2003). The present data protection information shall describe the most important aspects of data processing in relation to our website.

Contact form 

If you contact us via the contact form on the website or via e-mail, your contact data will be stored for the purpose of handling you request and for possible additional questions for a period of six months. Such data shall not be transferred without your approval.

Data storage

Please note that for the purpose of contract processing, we store the following data.

  • Name (first name, last name, etc.).
  • Personal data (such as: age, gender, marital status, date of birth, nationality)
  • Contact data (such as: address, phone number, e-mail address)
  • Candidate data (data in relation to job applications with KonzeptFINANZ GmbH)

All data provided by you is required for contractual fulfilment and/or for the execution of pre-contractual measures. Without such data the conclusion of a contract is not possible. Data will not be transmitted to third parties.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions as set forth in Art 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act (TGK) and Art. 6 (1) a (consent) and/or b (required for contract fulfilment) of the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSGVO).

This website uses the service of “Google Analytics” offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), hereinafter referred to as “Google" to analyse the visits of websites

Due to the certification in compliance with the “EU-US Privacy Shield“  https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active Google guarantees that all data protection regulations as stipulated by the EU shall also apply to the processing of data in the USA.

Google Analytics is used in order  to analyse user behaviour regarding our online presence. The legal basis in this context is Art. 6 ( 1) f of the Austrian Data Protection Act, as well as our legitimate interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online presence.
Any information  regarding use and user such as IP address, location time and frequency of visits on our website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA where it is  stored. However, on our website IP anonymisation is applied. This process is implemented via shortening the user’s IP address in EU Member countries and within the European Economic Area

The collected data are used by Google in order to provide us with information regarding  the visit of our website and associated website activities. Moreover, such data can be used in order to provide further service in relation to the use of our website and the use of the internet in general.

Moreover, Google offers a deactivating add-on and further additional information in this respect.
